today I’m in a The Killers mood.
I’ve been trying to write a song report on Orbital’s ‘Halcyon & On & On’ but I just can’t finish it properly. maybe the emotions concerning that song are just a bit too fresh to analyze them, I don’t know. I will get to it another time.
I’m feeling inspirational, but I can’t choose a song, I’d like to write about them all, all at once! I’ve actually made a list of songs I want to write about and there are about 20 of them at the moment and I’m adding songs basically every day. actually, one of the things on the list is Bloc Party’s “Intimacy”, the album, which was kind of the soundtrack of the first half of my exchange year in Switzerland, so this will make a too-long-to-read post.
right now I’m just gonna go and play some piano.
